It covers Dapr on any cloud, including self-managed Kubernetes, managed Kubernetes, and on-premises. Two plans are available, so you can match the level of support to your stage, from development to mission-critical production.

Dapr Support Pro

Cost-efficient support for teams in development, for $99/month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited email tickets, best-practice guidance, US and EU business-hours coverage, and a P0 response within one business day. Cancel anytime.

Enterprise Dapr Support

24x7 support for mission-critical production, with custom pricing for your deployment. Includes a one-hour P0 response, support for the Diagrid Dapr Distribution for Enterprise (D3E), feature prioritization for Dapr OSS, temporary Dapr versions for P0 issues, and bi-weekly check-ins.

Structured onboarding

Both plans include ten hours of structured onboarding with the Diagrid team. Many teams start on Pro and move to Enterprise before a production launch.
